What Credits Cover​

Top-Up Credits​

If you exhaust your balance before the next allocation:

  • Paid plans can buy a top-up pack instantly from the billing page
  • Top-up credits are added immediately
  • Top-up credits do not expire
  • You receive a confirmation email when a top-up is granted successfully
  • Free-plan users can wait for the monthly refresh or upgrade when they need more capacity
  • You can also upgrade to a larger recurring plan if you expect the spike to continue

Billing Alerts​

  • Hunch sends low-credit warning emails at 25%, 10%, and 0% of your base plan allocation
  • Paid users can respond by buying a top-up or upgrading
  • Free users can wait for the next monthly refresh or upgrade for more capacity

Upgrading Your Plan​

To upgrade:

  1. Log into your Hunch dashboard
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment details
  5. Confirm your subscription

Downgrading​

You can downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current features remain available until then.
